Defective or Damaged Items

Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. Defective or damaged items upon returned will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Sorry, but we cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items. To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us. Note that a return authorization code is required prior to mailing back your return.

General Returns

There is a 5% ($3.00 minimum) restocking fee per order for all returned items which are not being returned as a result of our error. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be insured against loss and returned within 30 days from ship date in unused condition and in their original packaging.
