Defective or Damaged Items
Check your order thoroughly upon receipt.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately
upon receipt of your order. Defective or damaged items
upon returned will be replaced or refunded at the discretion
of SmallItems.net. Sorry, but we cannot substitute a
different item for any damaged or defective items. To

There is a 5% ($3.00 minimum) restocking
fee per order for all returned items which are not being
returned as a result of our error. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Items must be insured against
